A passion for real estate fueled by the desire to meet people and be a part of one of their most important decision of buying a home led Mayura to become a real estate agent. A consistent top producer she has successfully worked as a licensed realtor in Virginia for over fifteen years.
Mayura prides herself on professional attention to detail and giving clients, both buyers and sellers, exemplary levels of service. She has participated in a variety of real estate transactions including helping buyers successfully find and purchase their first home. Mayura also has experience in investment property sales and rental properties. She specializes in representing clients in buying and selling of residential single family homes, town homes and condos in VA.
In early 2007, Mayura launched Realty2U her own real estate agency where she is the owner and the principal broker. Prior to Realty2U, for four years, she worked for Realty Resource, a local Northern Virginia real estate firm. In 2006, on getting her associate broker’s license she managed Realty Resources’ Leesburg office. Her responsibilities included mentoring other agents in the company, new agent orientation and also recruiting agents for the company.
A resident of Northern Virginia, Mayura began her career with Long & Foster in 2003.
Mayura is well respected by her peers and has developed invaluable working relationships with other professionals in the industry such as title companies, attorneys, lenders and appraisers.
She offers a unique level of real estate expertise combined with an uncommon level of professionalism. She works with clients through every step from providing a detailed listing presentation with market analysis, to developing a customized marketing plan for a seller and providing full support during settlement. She coordinates with all parties involved – settlement company, home inspectors, appraiser, other agents involved and lenders to minimize the stress that comes with real estate investment decisions and brings clarity to an, oftentimes confusing process.
The strength of her business is in her relationship with her clients. Mayura has a reputation for strong market knowledge and an ability to get the job done in a timely and professional manner. She is known to provide the highest level of customer service and works to protect her client’s interests. Each real estate transaction is unique and involves a different situation and she ensures that clients are aware of their rights and options every step of the way.
Her accomplishments include the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors Top Producer for 2004, 2005, 2007, 2013-2017 the Multimillion Dollar Sales Club Member for 2006, 2008, 2009, 2012 and the Van Metre Top 10 Realtor for 2006 and 2007. She has now been awarded with the NVAR Lifetime Top Producer designation.
